The selection, arrangement and installation of air filter shall be in accordance with the following requirements: the first effect air filter shall not be oil immersed; the medium effect air filter shall be set in the positive pressure section of purified air conditioning system; the high efficiency air filter or sub high efficiency air filter shall be set at the end of purified air conditioning system, and the installation method of high efficiency air filter shall be simple and reliable, leakage detection and Replacement; medium efficiency, sub high efficiency and high efficiency air filters should be selected according to the rated air volume; high efficiency air filters with similar resistance and efficiency should be set in the same purification workshop.
When determining the centralized or decentralized purified air conditioning system, the characteristics of the production process and factors such as the cleanliness level, area and location of the air in the purification workshop should be considered comprehensively. Where the production process is continuous and the clean room or purification workshop has a large area, the centralized purified air conditioning system should be used for the clean room with centralized location, strict noise control and vibration control requirements.
If the purified air conditioning system needs electric heating, the tubular electric heater shall be selected, which shall be arranged on the windward side of the high-efficiency air filter, and fire safety measures shall be taken.
The supply fan can be selected according to the total supply air volume and total resistance value of the purified air conditioning system, and the resistance of medium efficiency and high efficiency air filter should be calculated as twice of its initial resistance.
In addition to the DC system and the system with duty fan, the anti pouring measures shall be taken to prevent the outdoor polluted air from entering the purification workshop through the new air inlet.
The design of the purified air conditioning system shall make reasonable use of the return air. Where a large number of harmful substances are produced in the process and local treatment cannot meet the health requirements, or there is harm to other processes, the return air shall not be used.
